Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No, this is a option for potential applicants/renters we screen all individuals equally however in the manner of Section 8 the applicants are assigned a case worker and we work closely with them. -
Are you licensed?
We are licensed, insured and bonded and we continue to participate in ongoing training . -
Can I reach you after hours?
Of course we have a after hour hotline 7 days week/24 however the best time to reach us is between M-F 9-6 ( lunch between 1-2). -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
We can deposit the money directly into your account by ACH or we can deposit using other online platforms. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We are fully transparent you will receive a signed copy of the lease after or anytime during our agreement. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We are a full service Real Estate/Property management company we offer Real Estate Services such as Selling/Buying/Investing/Property Management/Short Term Accommodations and Strategic Investing. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We offer owner disbursements by the 15th of the month , I understand the ROI on any investment and would accommodate a traditional check method or for immediate disbursements I would suggest ACH or other payment alternatives. -
How is rent collection handled?
We have a full TEAM that is HIGHLY trained to collect rent within the 1st 5 days of each month however in some cases it may take additional time to collect due to the tenants circumstances. We will keep you updated along the way to ensure we collect the rent in a timely manner and have the owner disbursement to you by the 15th of every month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We have confirmed a larger success rate to have the tenants agree to a year lease. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Our standard policy is to request the security deposit the same amount as the rent in some cases we may request a additional deposit. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We understand the URGENCY in making a decision to work with a property manager and we make every effort to streamline the process in a timely manner. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage everything from SFR, Multi-Family, Apartments and Short Term accommodations. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We have a monthly report that provides the monthly income/debits. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The security deposits are held in a Brokers Trust account .
